This is ONLY the Yorkie Contract. All deposits are nonrefundable. A. Seller guarantees that the puppy sold is in good physical health on this day of purchase. All necessary shots and de-wormings have been done. The purchaser agrees to take this puppy to a licensed veterinarian of their choice within 72 hours for a health check. Seller must be informed immediately of this examination and a copy of the report should be sent via email/snail mail or fax. If copy of report is not received warranty shall be void. A1. Should the puppy be determined to be unfit for purchase due to illness, disease or congenital disorder, the cause of which is clearly attributable to the seller, the puppy may upon presentation of a written diagnosis from said veterinarian be returned (along with Registration papers and current health records) for another puppy of equal value by the seller. We do not guarantee stress related illnesses. a1a. Puppies that are shipped are at risk for Coccidia and Kennel cough which is common in puppies that are shipped and usually caused by bacteria. Kennel cough is self limiting and like the common cold, it must run it course. Full recovery is expected and kennel cough on its own is not life threatening. So if you plan to have you puppy shipped instead of picking it up you need to be aware of this. B. Seller also offers a replacement
guarantee on our puppies if veternarian finds that puppy has a congenital or life-threatening disorder, we will replace the
puppy with another puppy of same sex, breed and equal value, at our first
opportunity, provided the conditions below are met and kept by the buyer: B3. Buyer shall take proper precautions for care and safety of animal. Care shall include but is not limited to: a fenced yard, proper shelter, proper exercise, quality food, fresh water. B4. Buyer understands
contract will be void if buyer fails to provide routine veterinary care, if
puppy is sold, transferred or injured by accident or neglect. This guarantee
does not cover any common puppy ailments such as worms, vitamin deficiencies,
any viral bacterial diseases or disorders brought on by parasites. This
guarantee also does not cover environmentally caused illnesses. Health
Guarantee: Please note
that every effort has been made to insure that your puppy is in excellent
health. However, any time a puppy is moved to a new environment, it does cause
stress. When a puppy is under stress, it may cause minor digestive or
respiratory upset. Please watch your puppy for any symptoms for at least the
first 72 hours following travel. If any symptoms appear, please contact your
vet. As of the date of delivery, the puppy has received proper vaccinations and dewormings. Dates

guarantee does not include Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). Hypoglycemia and
other conditions may occur if the puppy does not eat or if it becomes cold,
overheated or becomes ill or stressed. This guarantee does not include luxating
patella’s (knees) this is the common in toy breeds not a congenital defect. Umbilical
hernias, or retained baby teeth are also not covered. It is strongly recommended that Buyer, place the puppy on NuVet Plus vitamins available at 1-800-474-7044 order code 91398. This health supplement will help protect the auto immune system of the puppy. If Buyer fails to place puppy on NuVet Plus vitamins and the puppy develops an auto immune defiency then the health guarantee and warranty will be null and void. All
items covered under this guarantee are by replacement only. There will be
no cash refunds given. A
puppy showing any serious genetic or congenital defect will be replaced as
follows: C2.
A returned puppy must be retuned to the seller in good condition, other than the
specified problem, at the expense of the buyer. The owner will then qualify for
a replacement puppy. C3.
Buyer is responsible for transportation costs to and from the seller on a
replacement puppy. C4.
This guarantee applies to the original owner only and is nontransferable to a
second party. C5.
No replacement puppy will be given if the puppy has been euthanized without
permission of the seller. C6.
Replacement puppy will be mutually agreed upon by both parties and will be of
comparable quality. It is understood that the replacement puppy may not be from
the exact same parents of original puppy. C7.
There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, for
example: allergies, thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange, and other autoimmune
disorders that are not covered by this guarantee. C8.
Any physical problem, which is or could be the result of injury, is not covered
under this guarantee. C9.
There is no guarantee or warranty that the Buyer will be able to show or breed
the puppy regardless of show or breeding potentials. C10.
There is no guarantee regarding the size of the dog at maturity. C11.
This contract is null and void if the terms and conditions are not fulfilled. C12.
If puppy is returned for any reason other than health, buyer is responsible for
all costs including advertising, web update charges, time, transportation, vet
etc. Once puppy is resold all
charges will be calculated and if charges do not exceed the purchase price a
refund will be issued. If charges
exceed purchase price no refund will be given. In
the event Buyer does not sign contract, Buyer has agreed to contract's terms
when the puppy is received. Buyer
agrees that he/she understands this contract fully, and that this contract is
under the jurisdiction of the State of Texas, in the county of Upshur
performable under the laws of Texas. Seller:
